Wellness sessions combining yoga and surfing by the sea
This summer, join us for special weekend yoga and surf sessions designed to harmonize body and mind while soaking up the benefits of the ocean.

Each morning begins with a one-hour yoga session, followed by a two-hour surf lesson led by a certified instructor.

Yoga and surfing are the perfect match—enhancing flexibility, strength, and balance. Yoga prepares both body and mind to face the waves with calm and focus, while surfing allows you to put those skills into practice in a natural and invigorating environment.

Whether you're a beginner in yoga or surfing, these sessions are open to all levels. Each class welcomes a maximum of 8 participants, ensuring personalized attention and a high-quality learning experience.

Group sessions every Sunday morning in July and August 2025.

Also available anytime for private events or on request—ideal for a bachelorette/bachelor party, a family activity, team building, or simply to share a unique and revitalizing moment with loved ones.

Security
Our lessons are supervised by an instructor with a Brevet d'Etat de Surf (BPJEPS) and PSE1 (first aid) diploma. We choose waves adapted to your level of practice to guarantee a safe experience. With us, you can surf with peace of mind. What's more, the yoga sessions are taught by a certified Yoga Alliance 200h YTT teacher. With us, you can surf and practise yoga with peace of mind.
Pedagogy
For optimum teaching, our classes are limited to 8 students. Our teachers will give you individual attention and personalised assistance. Detailed technical advice will be given after each wave to help you identify and correct your weaknesses. You'll also be accompanied in the water to help you spot and catch the right waves. The yoga sessions, also limited to 8 participants, offer advice adapted to your level to improve your flexibility, strength and balance, thus promoting better surfing.
Material
We have a variety of boards to suit your body type and level of surfing, as well as the conditions of the day. Our selection includes foam boards ideal for beginners and progressive resin boards for advanced surfers. Our 4/3mm wetsuits keep you comfortable and warm throughout your session. All you need for yoga is a beach towel, but you can bring your own yoga mat if you have one.
